End User License Agreement

1. Introduction and Acceptance

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and GetCallerId, LLC ("Company"). By downloading or using the GolfGo mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these terms. This App is licensed, not sold, to you for use only under the terms of this license.

2. Acknowledgement of Parties

You acknowledge that this EULA is concluded between you and GetCallerId, LLC only, and not with Apple, Inc. ("Apple"). GetCallerId, LLC, not Apple, is solely responsible for the App and the content thereof.

3. Scope of License

The license granted to you for the App is a non-transferable license to use the App on any Apple-branded products that you own or control and as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

• Subscription Services: Certain features require a paid subscription.
• Billing: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Renewal Charge: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Management: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase.
• Trials: Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription.

6. Maintenance and Support

GetCallerId, LLC is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services for the App. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance or support services with respect to the App.

7. Warranty

GetCallerId, LLC is solely responsible for any product warranties. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the App to you. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever.

8. Product Claims & Intellectual Property

You acknowledge that GetCallerId, LLC, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims related to the App, including product liability, legal/regulatory non-compliance, or intellectual property infringement claims.

9. Legal Compliance

You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo and are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

10. Third-Party Beneficiary

You acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple's subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA, and that Apple will have the right to enforce this EULA against you as a third-party beneficiary.
